Wolf of Crimson tears part 1A Poem by Lunar Pupthis is about someone i lovedI howl to sweet realese My arctic coat shrouds me Such a barren land of snow and ice I run free into the white clouds of snow blown air Blue wolf eyes in the midst of silver Sweet freedom, wild and free I am the queen of wolves Sweet love I am offered I yelp in protest Soft fur mangled Now an outcast I run free into the night The northern lights shine in my eyes Snow swept death of my victim I lie on crimson snow Blood splatered coat In the artic mist I hide I reside on broken ice My heart wishing to run free with the pack Lover of the night protects me though My beloved crow He knows of my pain He too resides alone Our love sweet and tender We're far from healed We comfort each other in the time of need As crimson tears roll down my muzzle My crow watches my pain And tries to calm me But I have no hope He whispers "I love you my wolf." But my pain has taken over I stare into the northern lights And howl for sweet release. © 2009 Lunar Pup |
