My Love and End

My Love and End

A Poem by Mr. Lou

Violins play in the background.
Do they play for love's birth
or an impending doom?
A soundtrack to a unmerciful
death?

She looks to what I cannot see,
absolving material things and
ungrateful citizens ,
with such divine gaze.
Look to me i beg of you.

I need to lose my ground,
restrained in your sight.
God awaits for me there.

The jabbering subsides,
leaving only you and I.
Fate requires it that way.

Your heart is the blood in me,
yet may be the blade thirsting for
my flesh.
A dinner with you perhaps will be
the invitation to my grave.

Your body has now scarred me,
defecting all woman I can ever love.
but to hell with it.
have you noticed me yet?
My existence depends on the answer.
