True Friend

True Friend

A Poem by windtalker1252

These days true friends and old vine

Difficult to find

There are those with who I hang out with drink & dine

But are they the ones who I can call a freind of mine

They were not the ones whowhere there when I had a broken heart

Or share the a laugh at Homer & Bart

A true friend is the kinds for whom I would ride miles

Gift a bottle of cheap rum and still make her smile
