UnbelievingA Poem by Christopher 'Windstorm' KellsUnbelieving

Planes hijacked for evil intent Several places these were sent Two went into the world trade towers One crashed another disturbed American powers
Three hit and destroyed their mark Planes exploding from an evil spark People jumping from buildings to the ground Cries of the wounded and dying, what an awful sound
From the screams of those who began to burn Our retaliation will be powerfully stern Seeing all the havoc which was wrought World war three, someone thought
A ruin of people, smoke fills the sky Unbelieving, to taken aback to cry Tormented from inside at what’s lost Lives in the thousands the horrid cost
Complete astonishment at the unlawful act Unbelief, hatred, sympathy, and disgust feelings are fact Goosebumps from the terrible screams I hear An ode to those that died I shed a tear
Many miles away from this am I Yet, I couldn’t believe with my own eye From a Hollywood production, or a book So many lives erased from the nook
Here I sit Anger flares want to throw a fit Insides twisted into knots Sympathy to those have not’s
Dust falls as mid winter snow Fire, smoke, and explosions were aglow Falling like giant timber the world trade towers Created enemies in the world powers
Dead, gone, but remembered here Evil feeds the fear Explosions of pride in which we are, United States Bravery will triumphant over their unnatural fates © 2012 Christopher 'Windstorm' Kells |
