Our Wits make us Men

Our Wits make us Men

Our Wits make us Men

Some thoughts

Described utterance

Weak from turmoil

Broken from situations boil

Rebuild from within

Change begets greater change

Understanding holds without

Desires of passion in overload

As a vyking on a quest

Words whispered of repeation

Hung like a family crest

As rivers consume its shore

Loneliness eats a wanting soul

Driven to madness

Mary Jane a refuse to sanity

Quivering unstable thought

Sickenly trampled

Reduced to rubbish

Alone left to the void

Untangeable wanting

Only receiving heartache

Whispered meanderings

Carved of granite

Old ways lost

New ways betrayed

Images of vestige broken

Nobility disrespected

It’s our wits

That make us rational men
