Somewhere I Belong

Somewhere I Belong

A Poem by Christopher 'Windstorm' Kells

Somewhere I Belong

By Windstorm Kells©2007

Never felt right

Outcaste

Flawed

Alone in mind

Creeping thru life

Hoping no one sees

Hopeless

Haunted

Decaying

Tired of pain

Tired of sorrow

Exhausted

Torn and beaten

Bleeding

Left for dead

A husk curing

In the heat

Of a void

Loneliness

No one loved

Only acquaintances

Helping

Needed

Wanted

Hardships pounding

No direction

Wandering

In my own mind

Lost

Wanting arms

To hold me tightly

A place

A time one wish

Somewhere I belong
