Revisiting the Past

Revisiting the Past

A Poem by Christopher 'Windstorm' Kells
"

Inspired by 9-11 fit into my life from my perspective. this is the final version, re written from 2004

"

By Windstorm Kells (c) 2011

Nerviousness saps strength

A time before time

Childhood innocents

Stolen away by choices

Airplanes disentergrated

People falling from the skies

toppled buildings lost hope

Crossroads choices once again

Breathing without hope

Set adrift...

Oceans of evil intent

Dissarray consuming choices

Tears sheds a soul

Spirits tormented by tears

Nothing left of me

Lost, cold, and alone

yet, wired for sound

Explore the surroundings

   ...of mind

                ...of soul

The lights went out

Confused brought back to life

Not fitting into this world

Looking for the angel

To free us from this hell
