![]() IntensityA Poem by Christopher 'Windstorm' KellsIntensity By Windstorm Kells ©2009 A mind folded into a smoky haze Interrupted by logical thought Dismissed as a terrible nuisance Floating upon drops of music Searching an abscond of purity As bitter as a sweet sourness A spirit transfixed upon vibrations Trouble weights heavily Want that which brings happiness Within grasp—still eludes Tired, so exhausted A body in need of rest Tho’ cannot Wanting thoughtful togetherness Someone to entrust my heart Before it evaporates completely Coherent mind driven to insanity Lustful of happiness Yet still eludes Time such a blathering bother Allow dreamless slumber To this wretched lost soul Bring me peace
