Peace of Mind

Illuminating sea of embers

A cyclone of flames concentrate

The Phoenix ascends the fire

Gambles of hope sough from the light

Weary traveler lost in the forest chambers

An abreacting sunset precipitate

Snowy ash rains revelation of desire

The wilderness of rainbows an abscond sight

An unworldly tranquil write

Sweltering passion exhumed from a lyre

Vigilant servant of the forest, I wait

As logical insight impatiently ponders

The flamboyance of a highlighted sky lingers

Beauty frozen made desperate*

Scorching mausoleum of sorrow flounders

Dusk the catalyst for the enlightening night

Echoes of pools from fallen tears

Memories unfathomable inside elucidate

Chains of suffering provoke wisdom sunders

I found myself in the twilight

You did great with the rhyme, my only concern is that the words are so thick that, if a person is not willing to sit down and read through everything that they will not understand what you are trying to say. I think you did a beautiful job, though, and hopefully readers will be willing to slowly take in this piece the way it should be taking. I really love your last night too.
