Once you sweat out the anger,
Its acidic residue remains;
You alter your routines to avoid encounters
And test variations you'd prefer not to use.
Your world is discolored by kneejerk emotions
That inhibit absolute happiness;
You'd like to discard these petty vices,
But memories linger, and they irk you no end.
