I have always loved word. I read writers like Kosinski and Nevil Shute as a child. made me desire to read more. Words are needed for us to dream and wander. I enjoyed the purpose of this poem. You made me go back in time and think about the good word men. Thank you for the outstanding poem.

Words are the magick if you use them so well... Words are meanings, and presents to pack out, with a deeper meaning. I love languages, and all the words, that make them so fluent... I loved your thought, and poem. Wonderful!

Very well said. Words are powerful elements to understanding many non-writers overlook. Searching for the right words is like looking for gold. They have the ability to give the speaker attention and character and the ability--as you mention--to inspire others. They allow writers the ability to paint pictures with their sentences as well. With this poem and your author's note you've given us a great example of how important words are. Very nice job.
