A piece of my heart has been sliced to where its been crushed to blend something new.
I've grown to understand the big sea to where I was afraid of being aware this might happened . . . then, it already has as so I let it be for a time that I never forgot nor forgive what they did.
I know my flaws are evident, it is what makes who I am, 'not perfect' as I improved, honed and proved to feel the understanding of the big sea but it doesn't mean you can freely capture someone's heart to tear apart, a sincere poet never steals the life of others.
Not sure where to start, as to the poem itself speaks volume, I've been away from writing because of my busy schedule when i came back i found out that one or two of my work are stolen. I was never really a great writer to begin with as to i wonder why they would steal from me. And there's also stories that uses my quotes without crediting me, sigh... Perhaps this is the reality. sad, disappointed and distraught to myself, but everything is a risk, so posting in all writing/poetry sites, your words are bound to be stolen when someone liked it without you knowing it. sigh....

I have no words for the low-life that would rather steal than create their own work. I am sorry this happen to you. Nothing is safe these days, not even your words.I don't know what can be done about it since the computer age has made it so easy for stealers to take even your words;-
Hi Pax I'm sorry to read this:( I'm an anomaly I guess I always feel like what I write isn't mine and truth be told I rarely like what I write for more than a few days:) If someone would to steal "my lines" (i say this loosely mind you) I would feel a bit sad for them with a tad of flattery and also a realization that in the final line of all great writes are the invisible words that say... take this, make it yours and take it further. is almost always included as a footnote. I write for the joy of it and the search for the ever elusive perfect lines of expression not for recognition or fame but because I cant help but do it:) it isnt the end result that is the majesty it is the pursuit:) thats just this bunny roberts opinion of course
As Jesus said, "What is the chaff to the wheat?" If someone copies or imitates another they are obviously void of any real talent themselves. You just do what you do and do it the best you can do consistently. And let the dreamers drool that they should be so talented and inspired. That's my take on it.
The bad part of sharing our work. Just ensure you have a copy saved of everything you write.
"a sincere poet
never steals the
life of others."
I do like the Bob Dylan words. "If you steal my work, please write it better." Hello my friend. I hope you are doing well.

I hate that is happening my dear friend and especially to you. It is as stealing a part of you by those wicked ones. They have no creativity like yourself, no imagination and no worthiness at all. Keep writing and posting and justice will prevail. You know you have my full support.
Pax, I'm not surprised that you're hurt and shocked at what's happened. Plagiarists are worthless.. until.. and here's a way of looking at it: they steal what they consider valuable. And your writing is just that.. tis treasure. But, that does not mean i'm for the theft of writer's words, far from it.. just want you to see that a poor writer would never be copied.. but a fine writer could be.
Please come back and post some of your lovely words. If you have any suspicions of further evils, make it known immediately. Your friends and the moderators will ensure that the culprit is kicked to kingdom come!!! (The last phrase is merely a saying, not intending phyriscal harm other than wishing someone fall and hurt his or her dignity.. hard!
My friend, how it makes me ache to read of this suffering, of someone taking your sacred thoughts and trying to pass them off as their own. You have been missed here, and I hope you will find a way to stay even in this world of darkness that too often seeks us out. Your words are treasures.
What a shame that someone who lacks talent has to rob from others to obtain some false achievement. Dormant accounts are usually the most vulnerable. He took poems from you because you ARE good. I watched you improve so I know. Losers never rob from crappy poets.

Pax, it appears that the value of integrity and respect to other's creation have no place in the world of internet. Do not expect that people hold the same value as yours; otherwise you'll end up disappointed. The least you can do is to call them out by leaving a comment on their page. In that way, their readers may know that it's not an original work.
