How far would I go to love you?

How many times would I dive and swim in River Bayou.

 

Loving you this way seems isn’t enough for you to stay.

 

I longed for you to give me a chance.

Would you give me a little bit of love in advance?

 

Would my love be enough for you?

Or you’ll disregard me for what I lack,

and leave me in shades of black

   or blue.

 

I know I don’t have everything

For I survive with just little things,

Enough for me to live a life

And even my choices is full of strife.

 

My love is bare because I care,

So much as I breathe your essence like air.

 

I was so tired even though I tried my very best

  - all the awkwardness and mistakes, thinking it was all a test.

 

Sometimes I feel like giving-up,

But resigning wouldn’t do anything to stop

This heart that beats for one person - priority on top.

I was thinking not to published anything, for now I am in a gray period, sad and quite sick but doing quite well despite all that. Still I want to have company in reading your warm review about this piece, or anything, just for me to stay away from the negative emotions I feel.

This piece supposed to be my valentine offering that haven't got a chance to published it on time, just now, it is a fictional piece about love, asking for love and being in love... etc...

Diving or swimming in the River Bayou sounds exciting and fun to me but you have different connotation in here =). While reading this, there’s this song ringing in my head: "But there's a danger in loving somebody too much, and it's sad when you know it's your heart you can't trust and there's a reason why people don't stay where they are coz sometimes love just ain't enough." RE: your last stanza, sabi nila easy to get easy to forget daw..hehehe.

actually while i was writing this back then, i had been listening to a particular song that trigger this piece and to pour my emotion out of that certain song, not sure if that's the one you mention, basta i was listening to that song and that i think inspires me to write this... thanks gab... always!

Yeah, I was not feeling well this past few days... now I think I am getting better, because I just taken a effective medicine for it. Hoping it will not bug me anymore, its hard to get sick in a far country, alone... thank you for caring, that means so much...

this has a lot of feeling in it...it is really hard when we want someone, love someone and feel that we just aren't enough for that person...

it is sad, but then there needs to be the knowledge that someone is out there who will love us for who we are and we will love them back...for who they are.

expectations kill relationships more than anything else.

I hope you realize that sometimes people do test us, and maybe they shouldn't (especially me cause I always freeze up when put on the spot and will flunk out on purpose just for being put in that spot, I am horrible that way, stubborn and rotten, never test someone Paxie, and dont try to make them jealous either, it always blows up in one's face) I loved how you put it all out on the line this way, you have the heart of a Lion, it's beautiful, someday someone is going to see how special you are, and all the single girls will be weeping that night for sure!
