silent screams #3

silent screams #3

A Poem by Pax
"

* part 3

"

How can I shut the silent screams of my mind?

It stings my heart when my mind shouts its frustrations

He says the world is a crazy place

I say, I just needed to find the right kind of pace for my taste

To run my own race.

I can’t stop myself from running away

I can’t even find a place for me to stay

Like they say:

“There is no such thing as permanent”

Yet my core yearns for that everlasting moment.

The shouts blast me in many, many lives I see,

Deep within these walls my mind could foresee.

Nothing more but a fantasy.

I just wish you could see

How my mind screams its plea.

Your mind may scream but your soul is such a gentle permanence. I wish you could hear what many of us feel and see when we read your words...decipher your thoughts. With your words and the images you place along with them, I am able to stand upon the edge without fear of falling deep into the abyss. Even, in some instances diving into the dark with adoration for such a great ambassador as yourself to guide me through without a mark.I am then able to return to my own light being able to understand the plight of my fellow man and brother better than ever before ...so, thank you wise and gentle being! My wish for you in this season is peace, joy, and a thousand HUGS!

Looove this too of course. FAB with the awesome way to end it all with this clever last line. If only those could hear. They could listen and we hope they fix the damage and stop the running of the nonsense noise. :o/

You invite your readers deep into your mind, what kind of fight is going on between you and your mind. The expression of feelings you define is dark yet very powerful. I congrats you my friend for job very well done.

You're most welcome
I like how you use the opening question to set up the rest of the poem. Cool rhyme scheme. Also, the image paired up with it is perfect. Great job.

Yet my core yearns for that everlasting moment.

I understand the words in my interpretation between the lines of the words. Great work.

you are amazing, thank you... sure I'll be glad to be your friend...
Silent screams, are often the loudest screams ever.... it's like a "white noise" of the television, that blurs infront of your eyes, on a late night, when you finished watching TV. If you stare long enough at it, you will see signs things, and hear even things, how weird that may sound.

The ears, of a human being are like this, they have internal "noise". like a sea shell... (once put to your ear).

You're such a receiving soul brother, a sensitive receiving precious soul, who just feels all, attaches all, and has a hard time to bring it in words, but then he paints, and then he writes, on moments when it comes through... and he should do it forever. Because, when you do, there is a revelation.....
Another brilliant piece little bro, fantastically written.
