i call the artwork: distorted shape
~ its a mixed media in paper: acrylic and craft paint in small size sketchbook
~ its started with a square and multiply then that's the result
~~ people asked me why is there an empty space in the center?
~~~ because i find the center an empty space, a dimension that is nothing, the nullification of space...plain and normal...
~ this short poem was created because of my fascination about shapes...
this is simply gorgeous! beautiful art, dear friend! you are amazing and so talented. You make me think with your words and feel the need to grow...
i love the special way you express yourself. about shapes, they are in all arts, in words too, they can have speical shape and feeling :) the empty space is like core, i think, which is always white and splendid.
No♥r~
by the way I like the colors you used very much, they are in harmony, connected from the brown sugar color and yellow sun rays, and violet background...great!
I'm so flattered with your words... I can't thank you enough...
the picture is stunning, very immediate and very abstract. i liked how the poem seemed to represent the actual pursuit of painting, describing the feelings. highly impressive! fantastic.
The nothingness is very important my friend, to see the whole acceptence for all around. Lovely work! Keen, sharp, loved it.
P.s. love, I'm ok.... slowly.... slowly, be back soon xx
What may be distorted for one, may be something else to another... it is within the eye of the beholder. The imagination can be an amazing journey if the beholder has an opened mind.
I love how you think "outside of the box"...you, dear Pax, are a true artist.
You are an artist indeed Mr. Pax. You know how to manipulate shapes and dimensions to create beautiful art work. I'm always fascinated by shapes and lines and I read a study one time that says most men or women prefer a round - faced beloved from any other shapes ( Most ) .
Keep up the good work Mr. Pax.
