this happened to my family last christmas...i was already here in Saudi..all i could do is support them...i was really devastated of what had happened..this is a poem i made out of it..
A river of water Gushing through everything Strong and hard current Swift as the wind passed Pain and suffering came in a rush A feeling of loss
Panic is on the edge Fear and Deaths seems to be everywhere Help in on the way Hope is coming along Sad and happy memories disappeared by a flash
Fast as the sound of thunder
A new beginning to begin Begin from nothing Rise up to stand still Struggles are harder to avoid Every step is a challenge Because it's the way how life is...
my sadness goes to my hometown..
i can't help but thing about what happen to my families back in the Philippines.
too much damages to our things and our livestock dead...yet it's a good thing that god is so good to us that my families are safe, but i cant help think about the others who didn't survive. life is sometimes cruel.
a very sad Christmas and new year for us...
im hoping we could survive and stand again in time....
Like what Gab said, Filipinos are as resilient as the Carabao grass. We never lose faith. We never lose hope. We will still stand and move one.
BTW, I haven't talked to you yet. But what had happened to me/us here during the typhoon is clearly stated on Gab's page.
Faith and hope for our countrymen, Pax. We will survive.
