yup, i have some issues with this. ~ it's a quote ~

I think it goes this way for a lot of us, Pax...I used to deal with mine by trying to be a perfectionist, and do you know where that left me more often than not? Sitting in a pool of emotional wreckage. These days I try to face the insecurities head on and limit judging myself (because I just know someone's already doing that for me *laugh*) and try to focus on the things I'm good at and, after telling myself a thousand times I'm actually good at something, I even start to believe it. We're all a hot mess when it comes to this. Just take a breath, shake it off, and persevere, baby.

Pax, don't forget that you should love yourself over any other things and people around you. If some are too judgmental on you and you grow with too much insecurities, nobody will help you except yourself. If you become weak, you prove to them that they are right. So you have to prove them they're wrong.
Love yourself. Love yourself. Love yourself. It's the best gift we can give to ourselves.

you know kabayan ~ i grow up being judge always ~ maybe that is why i change a lot during college time para walng mag judge pero ganun parin eh ~ it never stop ~ i just learn to understand them while my insecurities remain ~ it never fades but i tried to trim them each with acceptance ~ in writing i have learned a great deal about myself ~ so i guess i'm preparing for the outburst of the tempest ~ thank you so much kabayan

I begin to hate the colonial invasion, because of them they set the standard of everything that's why I have a lot of insecurities. I was not able to meet those standards and it is hard to accept it because I have a blurry judgement. Lol this makes sense :) this is really true and I can relate on this. Thanks for sharing Pax.

your welcome kabayan and thanks as well ~ change is inevitable ~ i for one partly blame the perfectionist or should i say the perfect image that the media portray ~ though i can't really blame them much for i enjoyed watching ~ so i can say the media has duality ~ it can either a good learning or a bad influence ~
