Every tear is a release of emotional distress

it relieve our hearts burden for a time

My friend, you forgot to edit the pronoun "They" in the second line. It should be "It", referring to the "tear" which is singular. So it goes like "It relieves our hearts' burden for a time".

I like this quote. You put a title because you like titles? Actually, even a quote needs title... or just simply mention the concept. In my book Nuggets of Wisdom...there is a title which is the concept of the quotes.

I'm afraid if how many times I cry then the pain will not die, and the memory would always be remembered...aray ko. That means I would be sad forever. LOL.

Ganda ng book mo na to ha? Actually, I dreamed to make an inspirational book like this. Drips of Wisdom...Puro quotes. Yan yung namana ko sa iyo kaya nakakagawa na rin ako ng quotes. Hehe. Dami ko na pala natutunan sa iyo. Hehe. Yung description mo sa taas. Natuwa ako. Kasama pa talaga ang "Hehe ;D". LOL

Truth in your words, but you are using present tense and past tense in two lines.
Edit
Every tear is a release of emotional distress
They relieve our heart's burden for a time,
but the pain never dies.
It will just turn into a memory to remember by.

Your welcome!
This is magnificent and I completely love this! I'm the type to believe that crying does release all of that stress and forget about the world for a moment or two. I think that's how I see it anyway. Ha! Those memories are what gets me the most, like you said "But the pain never dies". Boy, that's for sure! Again, outstanding write. Keep up the good work. :)

thank you, im glad you like it..
This is great, tears are quite comforting if something's happened. I don't know why, but crying seems to make things feel better... But then listening to yourself cry makes you cry even more... Oh well. Great job, you speak the truth, yet again!
