Happily Ever After

Happily Ever After

A Poem by Jane Elizabeth

Flowers are blooming inside my heart. Wind kisses my cheek and tickles my nose. I can feel your hand tighten around mine as we skip over rocks across the river. Earthly smells tempt us to run faster than we ever have, adrenaline increasing like a powerful ballad. We almost reach the climax. We make it to the top. We finally reached nirvana. Let’s never stop.
