driving away

driving away

A Poem by SJ.

Staring out the rear-view
Gliding over asphalt
Single tear drop falls
In my lap, delusions of what
Could be, should be, would be
Never the same
After you.

Good imagery. Your description captures a single moment, and I can see a girl driving in her car, and I can see the tear drop fall into her lap. Good work.
