UntitledA Poem by S. BishopI reckon like a true theologian, that these questions that are spoken go far beyond obsession deep into your imagination. Because my interpretation of this equation hids high behind those literary signs, as I abide by the demons, digging deep into my sinful invasions. Everday I'm paying dues, just to have the chance to use, my natural born rights to be a citizen, yet caught up i this mental prison I'm forced and always forbidden to live my life behind a mask in which I always keep well hidden. Speaking in a tongue, in which both the old and young understand as a message to future generations. Contemplating my existence while letting go of all resistance, I speak the truth to all my folks, in all my nations. Because a day just ain't a day without the constant stress of living, with my mind intact, I watch my back and pray that God will be forgiving. © 2010 S. BishopReviews
