Missing piece of the puzzle

Like a missing piece of the puzzle,

I am left incomplete,

Until the next time,

The next time that we meet.

 

With time spent apart,

My heart starts to ache,

Knowing a part is missing,

A part of my mosaic.

 

You will always be a piece of me,

A fair chunk of my soul,

You help me solidify,

You make me feel whole.
