Life from a dew-drop.

Life from a dew-drop.

A Poem by Snowman Mike

The other day I was lonely,

And feeling kinda down,

Searching for some empathy,

To raise my aching frown.

I felt like an empty vessel,

Hollow through and through,

Becoming like an island,

But I saw the morning dew.

The shimmering and twinkling droplets,

Welcoming the day,

Showed me a unique way of thinking,

In a fresh kind of way.

So I look ahead with optimism,

Facing all life's arrows,

Waiting for the morning dew,

And singing with the sparrows.
