ocean unbridled [still favor untitled].<3
A Poem by wicked.wanderer
A sort-of Shakespearean feel, innit? Written with inspiration from a nature-based poet.
tell, pray tell
of what you taste.
tell of taste?
yes, your taste.
i taste the brine,
the salty crests
of the breathing
ocean.
now, why the ocean?
you ask me for reason?
i ask, why?
the freedom contained
in sun-kissed, billowing
waters- it’s attractive.
you do not taste
a distant eatery?-
a lover, nor air?
blue and filled with
life- the ocean is a
distant diner itself.
what of air and lover?
I love the ocean, and
it would love me too.
a precious piece
of Mother Nature
providing and surrounding,
always surrounded.
the ocean is my lover.
i ask of air?
why not the air?
my lover occupies the air.
this is certain?
you ask opinion,
reason, and detail
but still your heart
does not believe.
my affairs with the
ocean, my taste and
choice- I explain,
and you do not
hear. why?
i ask, is this certain?
as certain as you are sinful.
good day.
