Those dead eyes

Those dead eyes like a shallow grave,
Show nothing of the love you gave,
Within you, theres no trace of a soul,
No signs to show your heart is whole,
Trapped in icy waters it lies,
No one can hear its silent cries,
Floating in depths, drowning so deep,
Nothing to hold on to nothing to keep.
It longs to fill the gaping void,
Weeping like a small lost child,
Yearning for those words unspoken
Forever tormented, heart remains broken
