Standing Alone in the DarkA Poem by 100 Times of War
As I stand in the rain
And shriek in torment As my heart shatters And drains from this body, This lifeless, empty me. You are my little Felldew And I am your addict One taste is like an eternal Damnation, o, son of Jupiter As Luna ships my soul To the corners of twilight And I drown in the monotony As I shout out your name And my words fade away I stand alone in the dark As the morning-star unveils This lifeless, empty me. © 2011 100 Times of WarAuthor's Note
