it works both ways

it works both ways

A Poem by -

you lost my support and respect for your work

when you began to scoff at mine

you have lost me as a fan

not that you care

but for future reference

give a little to receive

you seem to have this down pat

with your virtual friends

but when the time comes in your life

to take a friendship to the next level

whoever that may be

tell her

whatever it is she tries to give to the world

tell her you see the beauty in it

tell her you are her biggest fan

lie if you have to

don't put her down

and

don't ridicule

and by all means

don't turn her away

if you do shut her out

but try to hold on at the same time

you are creating a monster

that will grow

and will come and

haunt you

and tear down your own creations

in order to show you

how it feels

this is not love

I suppose it never was

but I care for you as a human

and I want you to find love

give it babe

in order to get it

it's out there for you

and it's out there for me.

I laugh as I look

at this past year

two lonely souls

being miserable together

it has been fun.

(this doesn't count as my German thing, that's only if and when you ever attempt to talk to me, which I advise you not to attempt any time soon. Just a heads up. We are never going to know each other. If I ever know you, it won't be the man you are right now. And this is not my own choice, you decided that for both of us.)

This one goes out to my favorite person of all time, Ralinger Nadgecradge, my personal hero and total and complete inspiration on every level of my being. Three cheers for The Nadgeinator! You rock my socks! You bring me to orgasm just by typing ONE WORD!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
