Seeking My Soul Mate!

Seeking My Soul Mate!

A Poem by -

single white female seeks

single stable male

must be honest and real

able to laugh a must

able to win my trust

and overlook (yet love) my lacking, flat bust.

Income not an issue

blue collar is the best and if you don't mind

I recently had a test revealing

that I contracted nile virus (west)

the effects being

occasional dim-witted mental functioning

and

I limp when I'm stressed

oh and it's getting worse

let's see what else.

I like men who cook

if you let me put the house the way I want it

and I get to decorate and clean

oh but it has to be your house

seeing as how I don't have one

nor do I have a car

cause I lost everything when I got sick.

hmm..

still interested?

I love God

and blab about it to anyone who will listen

I love to write

and share my thoughts

inspire others

and make people laugh...

on the plus side

I'm 5"3 and got an a*s that will make you wanna slap your grammaw

I'm full of life and love and

know how to make you feel like a real man

I love to take long walks at night

the later the better

I'm an artist too

paint, ceramics, ink drawings, cartooning...

I love to laugh

but on the flip side

I can be a real b***h if provoked

accused or lied to

or just not treated right in general

I am overly-defensive

quick to snap back and I make a point

to bite harder than you bit me in the first place

but I will make up for it

in lots and lots of unspoken ways

I'm lazy and stubborn

spiritually gifted

had my tubes tied long ago

but see they came undone

after having ozone therapy done for the west nile

so I'm fertile once more

so that's a whole different animal right there

I think I've covered all the bases

and I think all I ask for in a man

is honesty and integrity

able to connect with me and communicate

show a little patience and tolerance and maturity

when I behave like a child

because it will be repayed unto you

when you regress and need a woman's loving touch

to bring you back to your senses.

This would be my

official want ad

I think this is pretty accurate

of who I am

and what I am looking for

if you have read this far

I'm honored

but really

what does that say about you?

are you some kind of freak?

I read the whole thing
So I may be a dingaling
Yes I may be a freak
Then again
Maybe the man you want to meet

I'm honest and true
Very loving too
Six foot one
But too old to run

My hair is starting to fall
Do you think I'm too tall?
I'm all of fifty two
How old are you

I'm not a computer freak
Its nature walks I seek
I hate roll playing, sorry but that's just me
I'm just a hopeless romantic as you will see

The flat bust doesn't matter at all to me
I just want someone to truly love me you see
I just love to cook and help with the cleaning

Happiness and joy to your life I may bring
I'm sorry for rambling on
But you started this thing LOL
I have a good sense of humor
On the dance floor quite the mover

I love writing poetry and old cars is that all right
OH yes and you can keep the house how ever you like

I think your poem was allot of fun
Come visit my site
if I haven't made you want to run

This is dedicated to my dear sweet friend, my only inspiration EVER- the only human being who ever was a friend to me- Shasta McNasty. Three cheers to you my friend. Keep writing! I love you!
