QuartoA Poem by highonwordsi. they teach in math - the positive dissolution of two negativities, that similarity frees from the bondage of solitude, that two solitary beings will cease to exist, terrified more of another life, not only made of skin and bones, but desire and procreation ii. no one seems more afraid than the wanderer, who takes after the emptiness of flight, after each descent observes the runes on clocks, ages and sits as a hollow Sphinx on a big highway, riddling civilization with its dim shadow and vague portentousness on the ancient cycle of birth iii. after a breakdown, i have gone into a new terrain of loveliness, i never question myself, i just forgave their dues, and paid with my whole heart what i was owed, then i came close to life, it wasn't odd or pretty, it was not plain un-beautiful it was just me and people, some, plain alive, some, dangerous, some, just getting by, some, hardly iv. there were times, that time forgot its purpose, its path towards dissimulation, it's at those times, that i've felt contentment settle into my tired arms, aware i was not brilliant, i was not happy - that was perfectly clear, its surrealism, monumental and unquestionable, in comical time © 2017 highonwords |
