hands

A Poem by highonwords
"

i love the piano - been listening to instrumental music

"

piano for fingers -
the first thing i noticed
with your hands, its cadence,
a mellifluous blood-burst
between my ears,
i could hear music,
i didn't know how,
there is a velvet rhythm,
a twang in the strings
of my heart, where i plucked
your name, from your mouth,
a carpet roll and spread,
of flamenco beating,
deep in my silent gut,
i could hear my heart
open on your palm,

A little story here, steph...
My first interest was playing a guitar. But I found it difficult for me because I have little hands. Lol
So, from guitar, I changed into playing the electric keyboard. I enroled a 10-hour tutorial class (actually 10 days and an hour a day training). After the 10 days, I was able to play the keyboard with my basic knowledge. I am not good in playing the keyboard but since I know the basics, I enjoy composing songs and singing while playing it.
I also love listening to instrumental music. I love Giovanni Marradi's collection. :)
