i am at the tipping point of my mind, in a state of being, completely with myself, at peace with the world, no eternal sunshine, no bluesy notes i am imperfect lines, crisscrossing thought to feeling, across a heart pattern of us, i know i am not mine to keep, this is the realest i can be, the closest i can be to me, without palaver, without question if someone asks me how i am, i couldn't resist smiling, i am in and of love, always will be
Authentic stalled/paused moment in time. You have an awareness of self depicted here which is easily connectable and I enjoyed reading it. It's truly lovely.

This is a great concept & your writing does it justice. Many people are seeking thrills or drama, wanting every day to be newsworthy, etc. But in a life of contentment, it's a good thing, when nothing stands out in a particularly dramatic way. Just more of the same contentment in different subdued tones, from day to day. I like your use of the word "palaver" (which sent me to the dictionary) -- perfect word for that meaning. You have painted a soothing watercolor of life acceptance.

and that is the best way to be...content with ourselves and accepting of our own imperfections...as long as we know we do our best to love and live...that is all we can ask of ourselves or anyone else.
idealism is great..striving for what we might not be able to achieve, but realism...understanding we seldom get there...that is smart to hold on to.
