A Poem by highonwords

i see our child in every line
of your poetry, i never read
a word, never think with my mouth,
never talk in epic speech,
unless i have seen some skin,
some stretch of red, reaching out
to your blue, color affects me,
like the sun burns the skin,
the eyes, then i get jealous
with those who read with their hearts,
please do not think i don't have one,
it is just i am more in love
with images that tell me nothing,
but my own perspective on the line
to your heart, as if i have read
and known you all these time,
i never heard a word from your heart
