That 's selfless love. You will sacrifice just to be with your love one, for "love itself is heaven".
A suggestion:
"then i'd rather be love itself,
to suffer with you
is almost heaven,...."

I think it will have better flow if you won't break the "...love itself"
That's only a suggestion, but you are still the master of your piece. Lol

This is short but moving. Only few lovers can sacrifice for their love ones.
