The Dim Witted Apostle

The Dim Witted Apostle

A Poem by sherwin
"

Again, I like to set the bar high for myself and my writing and Im not sure if I reached that point with this one.

"
The apostle, arrives
new born,
diagnosed dim witted.

Bright eye filters
absorbs the information,
delayed. Like a schism
between the
warm glowing touch.

My fear of violence
leaves me shaking
but I vibrate a hum,
and let the rainbow hold the tone.

In this world, I am afraid.
Fear of living.
Fear of dreaming.
In hindsight I still don't know which is better to live with.

hmm last lines made me think. It leaves one catatonic. But maybe its not so bad to live in fear you get the adrenalin rush ;)
