A Poem by R. P. Coke

the image me, that i see
when i look into a mirror
well its quite different than
what you might think you know
in my eyes, i see the lies
this world has taught me
and i stuff down, i stuff it down
my mind. lost in all these lies
i despise, i rise, i become
what you say? have a look
do i conform to. your image of this. world
i refuse to be like everyone else
unplug me from the mainstream
if you cant stomach me, goodbye
the king has sent me, and i. well i.
its simply orders. follow and obey
so wrong so inside so alive

survive. creativity is the source for survival. without it, we cannot transform to

the coming ages
