How will we be?

 

I know that I love you,

and you say that you love me.

Still, I can't help but wonder

how the future is gonna be.

Will we stay together, while our bodies weather?

Or will I drift away, while you remain the same?

I never want to hurt you,

you don't want to see me cry.

I always have to wonder why we must say good-bye.

We know wew are young, but we are very much in love,

and no one under stands why it hurts to be apart.

We will stay together.

Forever by your side.

Its great. Great flow, length of lines, rhyme scheme, story. I think its good how it takes a turn to be hopeful. I thought it would be tragic, but then it describes how things are not understood, and that's terrific. If it had remained on the path, I would have been able to relate to it a lot more, but that's just me. It's lovely.
