In order to be heard

                speak truth

 

 

In order to be ridiculed

                speak truth

 

 

In order to win

                speak truth

 

 

In order to lose

                speak truth

 

 

In order to gain respect

               speak truth

 

 

In order to lose friends

               speak truth

 

 

In order to live

               speak truth

 

 

In order to die

               speak truth

 

 

 

                       what is truth?

                       what do you rant about?

                       is it something that

                       offends you personally?

                       what are you angry about?

                       what oppresses you?

                       

 

               if you want to make a change

      stand on truth

   

 

 

 

           the real trick, the key

                            is sifting through

                                     LIES

                               

 be curious

 

       seek truth

 

                 find truth

                                                                       

                   

 

                            this, and only this

                                  is worth investing in

                                  is worth speaking, sharing

   

 

 

     all else is subjective, personal, human interest

           fleeting, fading, ever-changing with the times

 

                

 

                           be inspired

                             by those who went before you

                                in days gone by

                                    who risked their lives, and gave their lives

                                       just so truth may be heard

 

 

 

 

                awake

                from your slumber
