Golden Elm Castle

Golden Elm Castle

A Poem by Lia
"

A poem about an ancient castle that withholds many secrets.

"
The grand castle loomed and stood
Walls ancient, weathered and good
Gardens bloomed with colors bright
Yet eerie flowers glowed in the night

The castle had seen many years
A history shrouded in mystery and tears
Turrets rose high, casting long shade
Ominous arches loomed overhead

A place of legends, magic, and myth
Whispers of enchantment and a magical gift
The walls held secrets, the bravest sought
For those who entered, danger was brought

The air around the castle thick with mystery
Foreboding sense, a feeling of misery
As if the castle was alive, watching with care
For the next visitor to cross and dare

As years passed, secrets remained concealed
History shrouded, mystery unsealed
Passing by the gates, the weight of the past felt
The castle held secrets, never fully dealt.
