Clocks.

Clocks.

A Poem by whiteNight
"

Just a rambling. It's completely melodramatic. But I think it came out nice c:

"
Forever is ending
As we lie together
Our time is pending
For us birds of a feather

But fate is cruel
It stands to tear down
The love of two fools
Straight to the ground

Ashes to ashes
We'll both fade to dust
As time around us flashes
Our lips begun to hush

And we both were quiet
As we said a silent goodbye
As our bodies drifted apart
My heart began to cry

Though it hurts now
I will never regret
A time that hurts to remember
But far too hard to forget

I really love the last line. Time makes us old. We were born to die. It is sad but it is the truth.

We lost dear ones through the time. Time is a really weird thing, but it makes us strong.
Really nice poem!
