My review content of "Sixteen Again (2019)," by Wesley Dingler.
Hey, Wesley!
True. Life quality does matter to some of us. I don't get the Betsey Chiffon type who ignores what's in front of her, in favor of being a big, fat pig! Just a thought... Your content mellows my thinking out, as I think about a couple having a few drinks on the porch, or just someone like you doing the same thing...
This is a mellow, yet heartfelt content draft. I kind of like it, but I just can't be sentimentally-toned you!
It is neat work, though...

On the mellow part, I started some long time ago writing what I call toneless poetry (as opposed to tone-poems). Content is the way that is done. I figured if I wanted to pull off what I was trying to describe as toneless poetry (some will say this is NOT toneless) then I had to observe what I love about life, and not what I do not.
In this example, I'm getting older every day, but It's cool because the woman I love the most is getting older along with me.
Cheers, my friend.

One reader took that as I may never climb from my own grave (which is sixfeet under) in the end. That's a good one too, and if I had thought of it, I would have likely went that route. But no, I'm only 5 feet 8 inches tall. I meant, literally, I will never reach six feet tall in my life time.
But I'm okay with that, too.

I don't want to be sixteen again either, but I know some who would jump at the chance. I think they are sad for it, and lost in search of what it felt like. Herein, I am only appreciating everything I have now, and not wishing it away for whatever nonsense I was after those days.

Interesting. I don't remember ever being happy when I was 16.

This is so sweet and beautiful. Just what I needed to read this morning.
