Under The Willow Tree (2007)A Poem by Wesley DinglerI. Under the shade of the willow tree, I held you and you held me; We loved and we loathed simultaneously-- Under the shade of the willow tree.
II. Under the blooming willow tree, Our hearts knew nothing of the melancholy; Only the pleasurable--sounding sea-- Under the blooming willow tree.
III. Under the withering branches of the willow tree, Our love did wither equally; Until all that was us--was just a memory-- Under the withering branches of a willow tree. © 2020 Wesley DinglerReviews
