Choices

Choices

A Poem by Wem Ortiz
"

4 years 6 months and 10 days left

"

Do we have choice?

We do.

Do we have chance?

We don’t

These are the things that we are imbued in
The faster it gets the farther we could be
it’s like messages we send, in a blink of an eye
we love each other so much, but our benefits denied
those who are meaningless for others becomes meaningful for us
others think we are good but others says we’re reckless
they took freedom from us
no, they took freedom from you
so it becomes over saturated , that you chose  to be freed
but freedom in some sense that you are now free from me
and that gives you liberty from them
but the statue no longer burns the desires from your heart.
And if only I can turn back the hands time,
through my brain cells reversing the metamorphosis our love has created.

I will…

I will, seek for you over again,
but would face the front lines
and won’t allow you to leave me behind,
for I will not leave this ground without a fight,
for loosing you is losing the war.
And the war does not end yet
I shall serve you until such time both of us are ready.
For I see the spirit  within our hearts,
for the true freedom lies inside,
it’s a prisoner of our minds

and do you have choice?

yes you do.

therefore...

do we still have the chance?

We do,

cause if we have choice

Then chances are to be done.
