This is how you treat my life

This is how you treat my life

A Poem by Wem Ortiz
"

in Four Years and 7 months and 5 days

"

No, that's not it, you listen to her point closely,
understand her, the way she breathes the way she looks at you,

you should stay calm like water you should hear each and every detail she says, you must not erupt, but it will be hard to master not to explode,
but if you did say sorry at the end and repeat the pattern,

Remember she is soft, she would fall, even with that softness
she would shatter, I know her for years , I know she is fragile.

It will not make you less of man kid, if you place yourself or step down
on her level.   Note that her eyes moves freakishly, slowly dividing at both sides.

note that the hair of her spines stands if she’s shivering if she did
next thing you notice would be her legs shaking. Her hands will be on
a tight grip,

if she did please hug her. Before her burning eyes
produces tears, cause her innocence will hurt you than your hatred.

you are just beginning to love a girl whom I love  so much before you came along so please treat her gently.  cause you will be loving her like I do or more, you might share your lifetime with her, by then  be very gentle.

And that kid is how you treat my life.
