A question for her, an answer for me...

A question for her, an answer for me...

A Poem by Wem Ortiz
"

she was still the same the first time I met her

"

how come the clouds helps the sunlight,

lit up a bright rays when you’re around?

nor the large clouds, darkened filled with heavy rains

as you embrace me with tenderness

an emotion that was always precised

How can you change my frowns to smiles?

how can you replace those wrinkles of sadness

to laughter and chuckles that shines

a light that seems to be, a reflection into your eyes

How can you make me relax from those raging

angers and sorrows with just one call?

whats with your voice?

how could you put silence to a noise ?

a delicate dream?,  a sweet advocate?,

How can you stand the nights I’m away?

those nights I work hard, far away from your side

how can you still wait , alive and awake?

till you hear me home, secured and safe

how come you look so great as the stars shines for you?

how come you still connect them with wishes?

I know your hopes and your desires are endless for us,

you don’t have too, you don’t need too

you know how real, you know how much...

you know I love you so...

that embrace of yours that stayed long for awhile

a moment for us, a thought for our minds

the same feeling I've felt 3 years ago on the corner of that gate

I was feeling the same way when you opened your arms

as I held my hands approaching you face to face,

stared closely to your eyes

we filled the times when we were away

with just a single minute of this day

filled the things we missed

with just one smile
a photograph captured our lives
that laid what was kept inside

and...
It snapped me to reality

realized...

you were finally home
embracing me....
