We Love

We Love

 

You come to me in my dreams before the hour of dawn, and

 

in the darkness we embrace as lovers do.  We are silhouettes

 

in the shadow of the moon and the starry sky above.  We act

 

as impulsive lovers do between satin sheets, dripping of passion

 

and remorseless sensuality.  We love and love before the sun

 

will shine upon us again.  Time seems to suspend travel, as it

 

stands still for one incredible moment in time, as we rise

 

through the universe as one body, one mind and one soul,

 

ebbing slowly with the sea.  We are one on the shore by the

 

infinite sea, the sea of mystery, power and wild abandon.

 

The moon is still as bold and beautiful with its starry sky, as it

 

was before the aftermath of love.
