The Note

      Claudia shoved the note into Alex’s hand as Aaron wrapped his arms around her in a hug. Alex read out loud:

      “I have taken Julia. If you want her to live, bring me Krista. You have 8 hours.”

      Claudia cried as she asked, “Why would someone take Julia? I don’t even know a Krista!”

       Aaron looked at her with sad look, and said, “We do. Krista is our sister.”

      Claudia wiped a tear off his face and looked at Alex. “What do we do?”

      Alex walked out the door just as Claudia’s phone chirped.
