At the Party

      They walked through the doors and into the party. They saw dancing and drinking and so much other stuff.

      Julia shrunk into Alex. He chuckled and slowly put his arm around her waist.

      Claudia looked at Aaron and noticed there was something sticking out at the bottom of his pants.

      “Are you wearing jeans under that?” Claudia asked, shocked.

      Aaron shushed her and smiled.

      Claudia laughed and squeezed his hand.

      “Hey, you want to go somewhere more private?” Alex asked Julia.

      Julia nodded, and he led her upstairs.

I have to be honest that this feels like more of a short story than a novel. Not much is happening within a chapter. I suggest putting some more action within one. Will be reading some more to know about the characters. For now, I like Claudia. :)
