DesperationA Poem by LoLoA poem I wrote at one of the most difficult time in my lifeHer feet cramp, burried deep in dried cement... Her wrists bloodied and bound by heavy steel chain... She stands alone, only for no other choice... Skyclad, dramatically exposed to the creatures that quickly slither toward her... Teeth bearing... (When will they strike?) Silent tears roll down pale cheeks, for screaming would do no good... Far away, far above, a dim light shines through a pinhole... She tries to reach, she is weak... She rears her arms, sweaty fists clentched... Breaks her legs to distract... (No it can't be the truth.)
An endless fight that has already ended... As the world is hurled upon her... She loses all measure of control, all sense of soul... Consumed by her reality she must accept...
