Raw BlissA Poem by LoLoI think we all have thought this a time or two...especially when everything goes wrong...I wish I was back here sometimes, in what we think is a permanent reality.
Children play in ignorant delight
Shielded from life's course hands
The sun a familliar sweet home
The backyard a magical grove
Stories gently whisper their wonder
Woven into swaying grass blades
Peeking from around majestic oaks
Flitting on the arms of the mossy breeze
Children doze in feathered beds
Underneath the willow's draping canopy
Graceful and solid
Providing a globe of protection
Mixing ruby fantasies and colbalt dreams
Relishing in the ambiance of false freedom
Stealing fragile moments of placidity
Invincible forever
