Christopher Columbus: a footnote in history

On a balmy day in the nation islands of the Bahamas, three ships appeared over the horizon in the year the white devils called 1492. The Lucayan warriors lined up upon the shores to give a death greeting to the would-be conquerors of their lands. It was just a matter of time before those three ships would be nothing more than wreckage at the bottom of the sea.

The Lucayan High Priestess Sanyjah was a renowned mystic and seer known throughout the Caribbean tribes and beyond. It was rumored that the Aztec king Montezuma, himself, consulted with her about her communications with the Zemi spirits, nature gods that imbued earth, water, air, and fire with spirit. Sanyjah was highly tuned to them, and they communicated with her through visions of the past, present, and future probabilities.

In their last communication with Sanyjah, the Zemi spirits showed her a terrifying vision of a future probability of the destruction of all Indian nations in the Caribbean and on the mainland. An Apocalypse was at hand. White devils in iron suits from lands across the sea would come on large wooden warships with weapons of incalculable power. They will conquer and subjugate all in their path.  The white jackals would bring plague and disease, and demand we worship their false gods. In less than twenty sun cycles, the Indian nations would collapse, and those human cockroaches with white skin would swarm all over our lands and eat us all up.

The High Priestess Sanyjah called for a special congress of all the great Indian nations, even those who were traditional enemies or had tribal ill will towards one another. In a series of dreams, the Zemi Spirits called upon all the chieftains to gather at the Lucayan nation within the next moon cycle.

Over a hundred Indian chieftains representing their nations gathered at the conference of tribes on the Bahamian island of Lucayan. All were curious, as well as excited, to hear what the great priestess had to say. It was unprecedented to be summoned by the Great Spirits to a gathering of nations. All gasped in surprise at the spectacle presented before them. An odd-skinned and oddly dressed creature, all chained and half-starved, appeared before them in front of the makeshift stage.  He was quite hideous looking. Behind him stood the great seer Sanyjah.

She said this man was the captain of three ships that landed on these shores. This beast called itself Christopher Columbus, and his mission was to strip our lands of our resources and use excessive force to persuade. This was the first of many other visits, more malevolent than the next. On his ships were many weapons of great power. She directed her maidens to hand out drawings to all the chieftains of her visions. They were shaken to the core of their being.

Sanyjah raised her right hand for quiet and with the left cut opened the beast's throat with her ceremonial knife. A sacrifice to the gods. As Christopher Columbus fell to the ground, the assemblage roared its approval.

All the nations sent their scientists and weapon makers to retrieve the ships and weapons from where they lay to study their designs, aerodynamic abilities, and destructive powers. They modified and enhanced the ships to make them faster, and more durable.  Rather than wooden ships, they reinforced the wood with metal fibers to make it impervious to fire.  They designed fire pistols, flame cannons, and lighter armor made of special alloys that were even stronger and easier to maneuver in those iron suits of those devil-spawned. They mass-produced weapons and constructed a fleet of modified ships. They were ready for anything the white devils could throw at them. They decided to act rather than wait.
